How to Remove Your Volkswagen ID Electric Range Wipers - Service Mode

Need to reach the wipers on your Volkswagen ID Electric Range? Some models use service mode. Others let you lift the wiper arms straight from the windscreen. Use the steps below for the models listed here.

How to Access Your Volkswagen ID Electric Range Wiper Blades

1. Switch your auto wiper feature to manual mode using the wiper stalk.
2. Turn your car off (press and hold the power button if applicable).
3. Immediately hold the wiper stalk DOWN for about 3 seconds.
4. The wipers will lift from their parked position to a vertical service position.
5. You can now change the blades.
6. To return: turn the car on and activate the wipers once.
