How to Remove Your Genesis Wipers - Service Mode

Applies to: G70, G80, G90, GV70, GV80, GV60, Electrified G80, Electrified GV70

Need to reach the wipers on your Genesis? Some models use service mode. Others let you lift the wiper arms straight from the windscreen. Use the steps below for the models listed here.

How to Access Your Genesis Wiper Blades

1. Turn your car on, then turn it off.
   
2. Push the wiper stalk UP and hold for 3 seconds. The wipers will move from beneath the bonnet to a vertical service position.
   
3. You can now change the blades.
   
4. To return: turn the car on and activate the wipers once.

The Genesis sequence mirrors the Hyundai process. Genesis models feature a distinctive twin touchscreen interior but the wiper stalk remains a physical control and the sequence is unchanged.
